Your World of Text
(image from http://www.yourworldoftext.com/shakespeare)
Your World of Text is apparently so new it doesn't have a wikipedia page. I only mention that because I would not be surprised if Your World of Text becomes a large phenomenon. It is a collaborative editing experiment.
http://www.yourworldoftext.com
From the website:
"About Your World of Text
Your World of Text is an infinite grid of text editable by any visitor. The changes made by other people appear on your screen as they happen. Everyone starts in the same place, but you can scroll through the world using your mouse.
Put any letters at the end of the URL to go to a new world. For example, http://yourworldoftext.com/forexample. They all start off blank. You can also create a custom world for you and your friends."
So, if it becomes a phenomenon... you'll probably want to start claiming some worlds. Is this the future? If not this, some similar concept?

Great idea, and very anarchic. A master piece of code that seems to be alive :-)
